1. How long is your longest meal of the day?
2. When do you typically take longer than two hours to eat?
3. Do you care more about taste of food or the appearance of food?

See you tomorrow!

  1. My longest meal of the day is typically dinner, the only time I can think of when I have ate for more than two hours is at some sort of extended family gathering and I think appearance of food and taste of food are important but I would eat something even if it looked gross but tasted good. Hope this helps!

  2. 1. My longest meal of the day takes about a half an hour to 45 minutes and would proboly be supper.
    2. I would typically take longer than two hour to eat during the holidays or possible at a reasturant with extended family.
    3. I think taste is more important than apperance but yet sometime apperance can seem to make something taste better.

Probably over the holidays or if its with a bunch of people or at a sit down restaurant .
probably a little of both the more appetizing something looks the more I am willing to try it but if it doesn't taste very good then I don't like eating it.

  5. 1. My longest meal of the day is dinner and typically it usually is about a half hour long.

    2. I rarely eat take more than two hours to eat however there are some days where I start eating the moment I wake up and don't stop till I go to bed however those days are usually holidays or family gatherings.

    3. I care about both. I love eating food that has a nice appearance and tastes great. I am not into the appearance enough to continuously eat something just because the appearance is nice but does not taste good. There are plenty of foods I like that do not look good however taste good.

  6. 1. Dinner
    2. I can't think of a time in particular, but most likely Holidays with the family?
    3. The taste is the most important! However, I would be hesitated to try it if it's appearance was awful!

  7. 1) Typically the longest meal of the day for me is dinner.

    2) The times when I have eaten for longer than two hours would be holidays and gatherings with family and friends.

    3) Taste for me is the most important, but appearance is a close second. I have been known to eat things that are fresh and good for you even though they do not look that appetizing. Looks are not everything, and if a food is good for you and tastes good, then you should go for it.

  8. 1. The longest meal of my day is dinner.
    2. I don't think it has ever really taken me two hours to eat before. I guess holidays get longer or banquet type of things because you are visiting and talking more, making you more distracted.
    3. I am more of a taste person. I used to base it of appearance but then I decided I have to try everything at least once no matter what it looks like.

  9. 1. My londgest meal of the day during the week is supper normally 20 minutes.

    2. Typically, when I take longer than 2 hours to eat is for a Holiday meal. Especially Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

    3. I care more about the appearance of food when I'm out to eat because that's what I see first and I'll have the impression that if it doesn't look good it won't taste good either. When at home it's all about taste! :)

  10. 1. My longest meal of the day is generally dinner, which lasts about 25-45 minutes...it is usually longer because I am often eating with someone (or a group) and conversation is involved.

    2. During the holidays are when meals may last for 2 hours, but sometimes when I'm catching up with family and friends it gets close to 2 hours also.

    3. Generally taste is more important, however, I am a perfectionist and when preparing food for others (and sometimes when I'm just making a pb&j for myself)I will take the extra time, that I don't always have, to make the food look exactly how I want it to look and how I envisioned it to be.

  11. 1. The longest meal I eat is about 30 to 45 minutes at dinner time. I usually it slower when I eat with other people.
    2. I can only think of thanksgiving meals as being about two hours other holiday meals are usually shorter than that.
    3. Taste matters the most to me. It doesn't matter what the food looks like as long as it tastes good.

  12. The longest meal for me is definitely dinner and if I were at home it would last about 30 min.
The only possibly way a meal in my family could last two hours is if it was thanksgiving and we talked A LOT and then took a bite of food every ten minutes.. : ) Or, if we were at a restaurant with close family or friends.
Taste is the number one priority. Appearance may fool me a little but overall, taste!

  14. 1) My longest meal of the day is usually dinner at about 30min-1hr. It takes the longest usually because I'm conversing while I eat so this extends my meal time.
    2) I don't think a meal has ever taken over 2 hours to eat and I usually take breaks between meals. If I had to estimate a meal close to 2 hours long it would have to be Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner with my family.
    3) I am all for the taste of food. Sometimes I will see a food and really dislike the way it looks but I get over it enough to try and taste the food and see if I enjoy it then. So I like the taste of food more.

  16. 1.) My longest meal of the day is 30 to 45 minutes long and it is always dinner.
2.) I don't ever eat for 2 hours straight but if I go to a sit down place with friends it can take that long but simply because we are talking.
3.) I definitly go by taste. I am not a picky eater at all though.

  17. 1. Longest meal of the day is dinner around 30 minutes probably.
    2. Rarely, but if it is around that long it's usually a holiday because I eat with family and we talk a lot during it.
    3. I definitely go by taste.

  18. 1. My longest meal of the day is usually dinner, which is roughly 25-30 minutes.
    2. I typically take longer than 2 hours to eat a meal during Thanksgiving. Dinner is a time when we sit and chat while we eat, so it draws out the time more.
    3. When I am in a rush to eat, I ususally don't take the time to taste and enjoy my food. The appearance is what draws me in, but if it doesn't taste good one bit I won't eat it!

  19. My longest meal would probably be about a half hour. I try not to take too long on eating, because I generally have a busy schedule.
The meals that would take over two hours would be holidays, especially thanksgiving.
If it looks good and tastes good, then I win. I generally eat the same things because I know they taste good. If I'm in a hurry, I'll generally go towards the appealling foods.

  20. Sad to say, my longest meals tend to be in restaurants. At home, it's a lot of cooking and eating much too quickly. In restaurants, I sit with my husband and friends and converse and savor the food a lot more.

I don't think I can choose between taste and appearance. They seem nearly the same to me at this point.
